WHAT EXACTLY IS A FINDERS FEE?
We at Palm Lane Properties will pay you a minimum of $1,000.00 for a referral/lead you send us on an OFF MARKET property that we successfully purchase. We also pay commissions on our purchases that have a real estate agent in place.
DO YOU REALLY PAY ALL CLOSING COST WHEN PURCHASING A HOME?
Yes, We pay 100% of traditional closing cost from the title company. Our goal is for the homeowner to have ZERO out of pocket cost. We will also pay any and all back dated and due property taxes. This excludes any non disclosed items on the title report such as home owner liens, loans, judgements, etc...
IF I SELL YOU MY HOME, HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MOVE OUT?
We work with sellers in all sorts of situations. We have sellers out at the time of closing, a week after, or even 60 days after. As part of our offer we will work with your schedule.
